The XL StraddleBag shares many of the attributes of the StraddleBags in a slightly larger and more adaptable ~9″ x 9″ (open) size. The adjustable elastic cord and slider closure system allows for quick on-bike changes to suit varying cargoes. The interlocking Velcro attachment systems allow you to precisely control and adjust bag position and shape on your bicycle frame. The use of a combination of Dimension-Polyant Lite Skin 07 (colour Black Heather) as the external fabric, and the ultralight backpacking HyperD 300 Diamond Ripstop (colour Swiss Red) as the internal fabric results in a very lightweight, stable, yet flexible bag. Both the exterior and interior fabrics are waterproof, however the seams and closure are just water resistant.
If you’re bikepacking with a full-suspension rig, combining these with one or two pairs of StraddleBags can significantly increase capacities while maintaining a stable, narrow, and weight-centred riding profile.
Sold individually. Can be mounted individually or in pairs. Compatible with many roll-top framebags, particularly when mounted opposite the roll closure of the frame bag.
